Tau Kappa Epsilon at the University of Florida was founded in 1950 and recently re-founded in 2003.

The vision of Tau Kappa Epsilon is to create lifelong relationships that enhance educational, interpersonal, community and professional success, following their motto “Better Men for a Better World.”

Every Spring, the brothers of Tau Kappa Epsilon host TKE Takedown where sorority members compete in a series obstacle course/inflatable style competition in order to raise money for St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital. Tau Kappa Epsilon is also heavily involved with Dance Marathon at UF – earning a spot as one of the top fundraising fraternities at UF in 2018 and boasts a top 3 GPA amongst UF fraternities.

With a heavy focus on social, educational, and professional development, Tau Kappa Epsilon at UF has established itself as leaders both in the school and Gainesville community.
