FALL 2026 RECRUITMENT INFORMATION

 

Registration for the 2026 Fall Recruitment cycle is officially open!

 

Registration for IFC recruitment is $75. This covers all expenses related to the recruitment process. There is also an opportunity to donate to IFC's annual Charity Cup Golf Tournament benefitting, Gainesville Thrives, a local non-profit that works to promote tutoring and mentoring for kindergarten through high school students, as well as other services for expectant parents, parents and their infants, toddlers, and preschool children.

 

Fall 2026 IFC Recruitment Dates:

​

• Saturday, August 22nd: “Meet the Greeks”

  • Location: The North Lawn (outside of the Reitz Union)

  • Time: 11am-1pm

  • Details: This is a new event hosted by the Office of Sorority & Fraternity Life in collaboration with Great Gator Welcome Week in the Fall! This will be a come-and-go event for any PNM to attend and gain more information about the various councils and chapters on UF’s campus. All 26 IFC Chapters will be in attendance for PNMs to meet current active members before formal recruitment begins.

• Tuesday, August 25th: IFC Recruitment Orientation 1 (PNM Groups 1-26)

  • Location: Reitz Student Union, Grand Ballroom (2nd Floor of the Reitz Union)

  • Time: 6pm-7:30pm

  • Details: Attendance is mandatory for PNMs. 

​

• Thursday, August 27th: IFC Recruitment Orientation 2 (PNM Groups 27-52)

  • Location: Reitz Student Union, Grand Ballroom (2nd Floor of the Reitz Union)

  • Time: 6pm-7:30pm

  • Details: Attendance is mandatory for PNMs.

• Saturday, August 29th: Off-Row Chapter Visitation Tours

  • Location: Various Locations

  • Details: Attendance is mandatory for PNMs. Specific times and schedule will be posted on your CampusDirector homepage at a later date.

• Sunday, August 30th: On-Row Chapter Visitation Tours

  • Location: Various Locations on Fraternity Row

  • Details: Attendance is mandatory for PNMs. Specific times and schedule will be posted on your CampusDirector homepage at a later date.

• Monday, August 31st - Thursday, September 3rd: IFC Formal Recruitment

 

More details regarding each individual recruitment date/event can be found on the home page of your CampusDirector page, as well as your assigned PNM Group. Please note, your assigned Recruitment Orientation and ALL of Off-Row and On-Row Chapter Visitation Tours are fully mandatory for all PNMs. Full or partial absence from any of these events can result in your removal from IFC’s Formal Recruitment Process with no refunds given, and also impact your ability to join an IFC Chapter during the Fall 2026 semester. 

 

*Please be aware - both the schedule and these PNM groups are subject to change if necessary, so please continue to check CampusDirector for your group # and any updates made to the schedule closer to the beginning of recruitment*

 

You must be a degree-seeking student enrolled in at least 1 credit hour at the University of Florida in order to join a fraternity.
